MCGAW, Michael McGaw

The family sadly announces the passing of their dear father and grandfather, Michael Francis McGaw on Monday, March 30, 2026. Beloved husband of 47 years to the Late Gladys McGaw (2024). Dearly loved father of Darryl (Crystal) McGaw and Michael McGaw Jr. Proud, fun-loving grandfather to Aiden and Liam McGaw. Brother to Chris and Dan McGaw, and sister Kelly Cooper. Brother-in-law to John (Tammy) Douglas, and Dianne (Jay) Hall. Michael will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers-in-law Clarence Douglas and Donnie Douglas.

Mike loved fishing and playing the game of Cribbage with his family. He was truly at peace spending time on the Hobby Farm.

Friends and relatives will be received by the McGaw family at Ostrander’s Funeral Home; 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Monday, April 6, 2026 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm

The Funeral Service for Mike will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 12:00 pm in Ostrander’s Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Ted Smith officiating. Interment will take place at Tillsonburg Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society can be made online directly with each organization or via cheque payable to the charity by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home.
