MCKAGUE, Kenneth McKague

Passed away peacefully at Brightshores Health System on October 5, 2025. Born in Lion’s Head on April 13, 1952, Kenneth Harvey McKague of Owen Sound, was in his 74th year.

Loving father of Cassandra Bauer (Stephen) of Clavering, Tricia McKague-Stewart (Dan) of Owen Sound and Sam Gleiser (Ben) of London. Grandfather of Liam McKague, Grace Dunlop and Adrian Gleiser. Dear brother of Katherine Cook, Helen McKague, Donna Arkell (Bill), Norma Lawson and David McKague (Muriel). Ken will also be missed by his 18 nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his parents Harvey and Reta McKague (nee McLay), brother Clayton McKague, sister-in-law Linda McKague, brothers-in-law Bob Lawson and Jack Cook.

Among Ken’s many accomplishments, running in the race from Tobermory to Lion’s Head is a moment he will never forget.

In keeping with Ken’s wishes, cremation is taking place and a service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, Owen Sound, 519-376-7492.
