MCNEIL, Catherine Ann McNeil

Passed away peacefully at Grey Bruce Hospice on October 3, 2025. Born in Owen Sound on May 15, 1953, Catherine Ann McNeil of Owen Sound, was in her 73rd year.

Loving mother of Jeffrey McNeil of Owen Sound. Dear sister of Lillian Smith, Frank Gervase, Pati Halmein, Penny Summers, Dan Hilts, David Hiltz and her twin brother Les Hunter. Ann will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and her Salvation Army Community.

Ann was blessed to be embraced by the Padfield family, who welcomed her as one of their own. Their love and support meant so much to her throughout her life.

Predeceased by her parents Glen McNeil and Juanita Padfield , and by her brother John Gervase.

A funeral service to celebrate Ann’s life will be held at the Salvation Army Community Church 365 14th St. W., Owen Sound, 519-371-0957, on Saturday October 11th, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with visitation one hour prior. Followed by a reception. Interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
