It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Chad Crozier Mergaert, at the Sault Area Hospital, with his family by his side.
Chad was a hard working and fun-loving Dad and Papa. He was a loving father of Josh Mergaert (Eleanor) and Jenny-Lynn Mergaert and will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, James Mergaert and Ava Mergaert.
Predeceased by his parents Donald and Lynn Mergaert. Chad leaves behind his brothers Donald Mergaert (Stephanie), Charles Mergaert (Karen), Bob Mergaert (Laura) and Arthur Mergaert, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Chad always tried his best to be available to help both family and friends and will be deeply missed by many.
In keeping with Chad’s wishes a celebration of life will be held at a later date, and we encourage those who knew and loved him to celebrate his life as they see fit.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to a charity of choice.
