SERIANNI, “Joe” Modesto Serianni

Joe peacefully passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 80.

Born to the late Massimino and Iolanda Serianni, Joe leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness and unwavering dedication to friends and family.

Survived by his beloved wife, France Serianni (nee Mercier), Joe is fondly remembered as the caring older brother to Tony (Janet); and the cherished father of Laura (Cédric) and Paul (Kristen).

A proud grandfather, he brought kindness and love to Maëlle, Solène, Chloë and Léa.

His commitment to fostering connections with friends and family resonated throughout his life.

Joe’s career as a denturist was a testament to his compassionate nature. He understood the significance of kindness and generosity.

An avid athlete, Joe found great joy in his longstanding involvement with Judo. Beyond his professional and athletic pursuits, Joe had an innate curiosity that fostered diverse interests, including cooking, travel, playing the guitar, painting, gardening and auto mechanics.

In accordance with his wishes, a private service for the family has been arranged. A celebration of Joe’s remarkable life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in his memory to the Scott Mission or Kensington Hospice.

These donations will serve as a meaningful tribute to Joe’s spirit of giving and compassion, ensuring that his legacy lives on through continued support for those in need.
