With a very heavy heart we share the passing of Alan Wilson Moorhead at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on March 10th, 2026.
He will be dearly missed by his 3 children, 5 grand daughters, great grand children, 4 brothers, 1 sister and many nieces and nephews.
Wilson came to Canada from Ireland over 50 years ago. He had a sense of humour that would make everyone laugh, he enjoyed playing cards, food and treats from back home. His stubbornness will be missed along with the endless lawnmower shows he was always watching. Above all he enjoyed his grand children and watching them grow up.
Friends and Family are invited to a visitation on Monday, March 16th at Lounsbury Funeral Home (1766 Franklin Blvd, Cambridge) from 11:00am-1:00pm followed by a graveside service at New Hope Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
The pain you suffered is gone now, for that we are thankful. We love you Dad.
