Florence Charolette Mary Ostoupyz passed away peacefully with her family by her side on October 29, 2024, at Glen Hill Strathaven – L.T.C., at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Anthony Ostoupyz and the late Mark William Guy, Florence was a devoted mother to Donald Guy (Brenda) and Robert Guy (Yvonne). She was a cherished grandmother to Jason Guy (Jamie), Kevin Guy (Melissa), Rebecca MacEachern (Travis), Lindsay Wells (Stephen), and Jacob Guy, and a beloved great-grandmother to Rikki, Maggie, Mackenzie, Tyler, Max, Elliot, Sean, Ophelia, Stevie, Clarissa, Isabella, Elijah, Alyssa, and Brooklyn.
Florence will be fondly remembered by her stepdaughter Liz Bond and family, as well as her extended family and friends.
Visitation will take place at Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King Street West, Oshawa, on Sunday, November 3, 2024, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., followed by interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Campbellford on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
