PARSONS, Eleanor Parsons

Passed away peacefully at the Village of Wentworth Heights on May 16, 2026 at the age of 95.

Eleanor Parsons lived in Toronto for 91 years. She relocated to Hamilton in 2022 to be closer to family. Eleanor had a very successful “second” career as a secondary school teacher.

Eleanor had lots of fun stories and memories of her world travels. A favorite outing was attending Toronto Blue Jays games. When she was no longer able to go to games, she was a faithful fan from her comfortable chair.

Eleanor is predeceased by both parents, brother (Robert Parsons) and sister-in-law (Gwen Parsons). Eleanor will be deeply missed by her niece, Barbara Parsons.

At Eleanor’s request a private family service will be held. Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or the Ontario SPCA and Humane Society.
