Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Whitby on September 30th, 2026, at the age of 69, after a long journey with her health.
Patti Lynn Killens was predeceased by her parents, James and Bessie Milgate. She was the mother of Jeffrey Killens (Joby) and Karley Davidson, and was predeceased by her son, Robert Davidson. Patti was the grandmother of Jacob Yetman-Sheppard, Scarlett Sheppard, and Anastasia Sheppard. She was the sister of Donald Milgate (Kathy).
Patti was strong-willed, and lived life very much in her own way. She had a wicked sense of humour, a quick wit, and an unmistakable personality. She could be stubborn, and she was never particularly interested in being anyone other than herself.
Animals held an enormous place in Patti’s heart, and her love for them stayed with her throughout her life. She was an avid reader who loved getting lost in a good book and, in later years, could usually be found settled in with one of her favourite TV shows or a good murder documentary.
There was only one Patti, and life feels noticeably quieter without her in it.
At the family’s request, cremation will take place.
