PAYNE, Randall David Payne

OPP Identification Staff Sergeant Randall David Payne passed at the age of 70 on July 2nd. He was at home with his wife Jan. His spirit will forever be with his Grandson, and best buddy Deakin.

The family welcomes you to join them in a celebration of Randy’s life at his home on the Madawaska River in Burnstown, Ontario on Saturday, August 22nd, between 1pm and 4pm.
