POTTER, Lisa Marie Lynn Potter

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Lisa-Marie Lynn Potter on July 1, 2025, at the age of 46. Lisa was a beloved partner, mother, daughter, sister, and friend whose warmth, laughter, and light will never be forgotten.

Born on March 1, 1979, Lisa grew up with a deep love for life, people, and music. She lived in Bowmanville, Ontario with her husband, Christopher Potter, and was the proud and fiercely loving mom of Hope, Blake, Tristen, and Wyatt. She was the cherished daughter of Susan and the late Dean Sellers, and the loving sister of Sarah Sellers (Luis), aunt to Isabelle and Owen.

Lisa loved spending time at the trailer surrounded by friends and family, soaking up the sunshine, laughter, and good company. Concerts were one of her favourite adventures and she made sure to share that joy with her kids, bringing them along as often as she could.

She called everyone “babe,” had the warmest smile, and the most contagious laugh. Lisa had a way of making every person feel special. She cheered for her children in everything they did and extended that same encouragement and love to anyone lucky enough to know her. Her sense of fun, her compassion, and her big, beautiful heart will be missed more than words can express.

Lisa’s life will be honoured in two celebrations of life:

• August 3rd from 12–5 PM at Beaver Narrows Trailer Rec Hall, Omemee

• August 23rd from 12–5 PM at the Bowmanville Legion

We invite all who knew and loved her to join us in remembering and celebrating the incredible person she was.

In lieu of flowers, please consider honouring Lisa’s memory by attending a concert, dancing with someone you love, or offering a kind word to a stranger, just as she always did.
