It is with great sadness that we announce that Jane, in her 75th year, had passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Oakridge Hospice in Port Perry on July 17, 2025.

She was the Beloved Wife of Charles Purvis for 58 years and Loving mother to Cindy (Glenn), Tammy (Tom), and Julie Anne

Jane was an amazing, loving, and caring grandmother to Jaliesa, Justin, Brittani, Haleigh, Paige, Brooke, and Jordan, and great-grandmother to Avery, Kai, and Haven.

She is survived by her sisters Betty Ann Perry ( late Edward) and Wendy Page (Ingo), and predeceased by sisters Pat Dicemen (Wayne) and Julia Kirk

Jane will be missed dearly by her many nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends from over the years.

As per Jane’s wishes, a private family interment will be held at St John’s Cemetery in Sunderland. A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
