It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley Darlene Ramsbottom on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at age 67. Born on November 4, 1958, in London, Ontario, Shirley was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be forever missed by her beloved daughter Cassandra Ann and her cherished grandson Carter, who brought her immense joy and happiness. Shirley is also remembered with affection by her former husband and dear friend for life Alec Ramsbottom. She will be lovingly remembered by her sisters Kathy Perna, Nancy MacLachlan, Sharon Slade, and Marganne Locke, and by her many nieces and nephews. Shirley’s caring heart, gentle spirit, and generous nature will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Shirley’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her, and her laughter, love, and compassion will never be forgotten.
