Robert Mandeville

Peacefully, surrounded by loving family on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Bluewater Health, Robert Shawn Mandeville passed away at the age of 57.

Beloved husband of Irene for over 20 years. Robert loved his cats Blue, Rollo, and Pepper. Cherished brother of Dan (Janice), Doug, and Ronnie. Survived also by his mother-in-law Mary Pyne. Brother-in-law of Ann-Marie (Larry) Cooper, Patty (Scott) Denham and Sonya (Rob) Manktelow, for who he had nick names for. Predeceased by his parents Donald (1986) and Evelyn (2006) Mandeville, and by his father-in-law, Steve (1997) Czuczko. Robert is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, and their families.

Throughout the years Robert moved around a few times. He was a die-hard Red Wings fan and enjoyed playing floor hockey. During down time he loved attending farms and farmers markets picking strawberries, vegetables, and garage sales on weekends. Robert was an avid collector of Diecast cars and Hot Wheels for over 25 years. If he loved his meals, he would rub his belly like a buddha.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial mass will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at St. George Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1045 Rosedale Ave., Sarnia, Ontario, with family and friends being received in the vestibule beginning at 9:30 a.m.
