ROBINSON, Robert George Robinson

We are saddened to announce the passing of Robert George Robinson in his 82nd year, after a courageous battle with cancer. He passed peacefully with his family by his side.

Beloved husband of 57 years to Carol Ann Robinson (nee Robertson). Loving Dad of David (Suzanne) and Karen (Dan). Proud Grandpa/Papa to Jacob, Megan, Lauren and Gracie.

Loving brother of Eleanor Shetler (predeceased Johnny) and uncle of Maureen (Randy) and Dinie (Bill). Lovingly remembered by his great nephews Ethan and Scott.

He will be remembered fondly by his extended family and friends, for his sense of humour, love and spirit.

He was a proud teacher for 30 years with most of his time working at Ridgeway Senior Public and Vincent Massey Public School in Oshawa.

An Orono boy at heart who enjoyed the simple joys of life.

Visitation will be held on Saturday March 14, 2026 at 10:30am, followed by a service at 12pm at Ebenezer United Church, 1669 Courtice Rd. Courtice, ON L1E 2M9. Reception to follow in the church hall.

Private family internment ceremony will take place at later date.
