Chris was born on October 18, 1971 in North York Ontario to Donna (Dickie) and Jacques Rocheleau. Chris lived his life with the values of loyalty, integrity and dedication—principles that guided him throughout his life. He embodied these virtues in every role he held, but most profoundly as the proud and dedicated father of his son Ben to whom he offered wise guidance, patience and compassion. Chris shared in his journey with his life partner Rose Nicolaison.
Chris led by example and was a pillar of strength within his family. He shared a close bond with his sister Theresa (Chris Leathers) and was a devoted uncle to Ella and Avery, taking joy in their lives and always offering his support. To those who knew him, Chris was dependable, principled, and kind—a man of quiet conviction and deep moral character. As a professional engineer recruiter, Chris demonstrated exceptional skill in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for high-level positions within the engineering industry. Chris loved spending time outdoors with loved ones and family. He was passionate about expanding his mind with trivia and cheering for his favourite sport teams. His calm presence, thoughtful counsel, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
