It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Susan Kirsch Rogul on November 23, 2024, after a courageous and lengthy battle, with her devoted husband, Andy, by her side. Susan was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, remembered for her warmth, elegance, impeccable style, and compassionate nature.
A leader in the fashion industry, Susan’s taste and vision influenced buyers worldwide. Beyond her professional achievements, she was deeply valued for her empathy, humor, and selflessness.
Susan leaves behind a beloved family: Jason Posnansky and Bel Navaro, Caitlin and Ryan; Brandon Posnansky and Marnie London, Jordyn and Paige; Daniel and Pamela Kirsch, Olivia and Hannah; and Alison and Aaron Diamond, Charlie, Lilah, and Jack. She was adored by her bonus family: Robert and Lisa Barkin, Jake and Bernie, Halle and Mike; Jason and Jodi Chapnik, Calla, Sam, and Max; Kelly and Erin Jacques, Cory and Morgan; and Ben Rogul and Deb Golfarb. Susan shared a profound bond with her sister, Denise, exemplifying love and strength.
To Susan’s friends in Florida, her home for 24 years, her family expresses gratitude for their unwavering support. A memorial service in Florida will follow at a later date. Heartfelt thanks also go to her support team, whose care made a significant difference in her journey.

- Visitation: Thursday (following interment) until 6:00 PM and 7:00–9:00 PM, Friday 1:00–3:00 PM, Sunday 1:00–4:00 PM and 7:00–9:00 PM. Shiva ends Sunday evening.
