ROOKE, Charles Peter Rooke

He passed away peacefully at Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville on March 8, 2026 surrounded by his family.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Gail Beverley Rooke and his parents Dorothy and Ernest Rooke, Peter is lovingly remembered by his sister Patricia Spencer and his children Michael (Elizabeth), Susan (Steven), and Anne (Joel), who will feel the loss of this wonderful man most deeply; as well as by his nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Peter enjoyed his retirement years in Muskoka, where he spent many happy days boating, golfing, playing bridge, and volunteering as an active member of the Huntsville Probus Clubs. We all aspire to be as kind and loving as Peter.
