Died very suddenly at home in Huntsville, ON on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2026.
He leaves behind his loving wife and partner of thirty-two years, Nina Semper-Ross, who he loved dearly. He was also the proud father of Geoffrey Ross and his partner Tiffany, of New York City, New York.
Len Ross loved people , and he loved to talk! He would “work a room” and would work hard to find common ground before he left the conversation. He gave generously of his time and energy, most recently as the President of the Rotary Club of Huntsville (July 1st, 2023 to June 30, 2025); as the current President of the Trinity Non-profit Housing Corporation; he also founded and took an active role in the Men of Trinity’s Group at Trinity United Church. Len was widely known for his gift of service to others which he preformed without fanfare or notoriety. Len had a fare and balanced nature and was a kind man indeed. All whose lives he touched loved him very much. This kind, generous and patient man was a blessing to all and will be sorely missed by those he left behind.
A Memorial Service will be held to celebrate Len’s life will be held at Trinity United Church, 33 Main Street, East, Huntsville on Thursday, May 14th, 2026 at 2 p.m. with a reception to follow in Trinity Hall.
