Peacefully passed away with his children by his side at the Sault Area Hospital on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at the age of 72.
Loving Dad of Ryan (Ashley), Erin (Matthew), and Sarah, who will forever treasure his love, guidance, and the many special memories they shared together. Cherished Opa of Amelia, Reid, Ethan, Austin, and Holden. Beloved son of the late Rudi and the late Ilse Ruschpler. Dear brother of the late Horst, Wolfgang (Anne), Rita (Don), Helga (Fern), Ruth (John), and Karin (Bill). Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Roly was always quick to offer a smile and a kind word. His positive outlook, warm heart, and funny jokes will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew him.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Monday, September 8, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Helen Smith officiating. A private family inurnment will take place. Memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
