Passed away at the Brockville General Hospital on Friday May 8, 2026 in her 97th year. Marjorie Running (née Heaslip), beloved wife of the late Leslie Running. Much loved mother of Arlene Barker (Howard), Brenda Virtue (Steve) and Karen Walski (John Deceased). Cherished grandmother of Ruth, Timothy, David, Ryan, Caitlin, Carina and Kendra. Great grandmother of Titus, Cooper, Morgan, Oliver, George and Easton. Marjorie is predeceased by all her siblings Elaine Hall, Lorna Horton, Bruce Heaslip, Clifford Heaslip and Marie Nevers. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service for Marjorie will be held at the Cornerstone Church in Gananoque on Saturday May 16 at 11:00 am. Burial will be held at the Sandbay cemetery, Lansdowne. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Cornerstone Church, Sandbay Cemetery or Brockville General Hospital Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family.
