SADECKY, Justin Frank Sadecky

journey on this earth came to an end on February 23, 2026, at LHSC, at the age of 31. In his 11,421 days with us, Justin left a mark that will never fade. After a tremendous and courageous fight over the past two and a half years, Justin’s body could fight no longer. His strength and determination throughout his journey were nothing short of inspiring.
Justin’s greatest pride and joy was his son, Noah.He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Brenda and Rick; his brother Brandon (Brooke); and his grandparents, Garry and Marge Schweitzer. He will also be deeply missed by his Uncle Frank (late Aunt Marie) and their family — Chantelle, Nikki, Shane, Kolten, and their partners and children; his late Aunt Carol (Uncle Brian) and their family — Matthew, Tiffany, Ashley, and their partners and children; his Uncle Doug (Aunt Dawn) and their family — Jordan, Katie, Kendra, and their partners; and Uncle Brad (Steve).
Justin is also survived by his special friend, Ken (Pops), and Noah’s mother, Kayla. Predeceased by his Grandma Hulda Sadecky.
He will be lovingly remembered by his many cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.
For the last two years, Justin called Parkwood home. The nurses and staff became more than caregivers — they became friends. They treated Justin with compassion, love, and deep respect. While he may have given them the occasional eye roll or a playful “What are you talking about?”, he held genuine appreciation and respect for the entire team, especially those on 3A East.
We are beyond proud of the strength and determination he showed throughout the past couple of years. Even in the face of life’s greatest challenges, Justin carried
himself with courage, resilience, and an unwavering love for those around him. He faced each day with bravery and left a lasting example of what it means to fight with dignity and heart.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Justin’s life will be held at a later date for family and friends.
“ May the wind be at your back, the waters calm, and the trails endless.”
