It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Lourdes Mary Savarimuthu, who departed this life peacefully on October 6, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.

Lourdes Mary was a devoted mother, grandmother, and a woman of grace and quiet strength. She is lovingly remembered by her three daughters — Florida, Matilda, and Emelda — and her five cherished grandchildren — Michael, David, Andrew, Dilshan, and Angela — who will forever carry her love and wisdom in their hearts.

Her warmth, faith, and compassion touched everyone who knew her. Lourdes Mary’s legacy lives on through the family she nurtured and the kindness she shared with all.

Visitation will be held at De Stefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa, ON on Friday, October 10th, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Saturday, October 11th, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Oshawa, ON on Saturday, October 11th at 10:30 am. Family and friends are invited to join in honoring her memory and celebrating a life well lived.
