It is with sadness that the family of Donald Sheppard announce his passing on Wednesday March 18th, 2026, in Brockville at the age of 98. Don was the son of the late Thomas and Edith (Brazil) Sheppard. Dear brother of Kay Davignon (Denis), Doreen Stewart (Jock) and predeceased by six brothers and six sisters. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the compassionate staff at St. Lawrence Lodge. The family would also like to acknowledge the love and support provided to Don by close friends Cathy and John Davis.

The Funeral Service to Celebrate Don’s life will be held in the Chapel of the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street E., Brockville, on Wednesday March 25th, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Oakland Cemetery, Brockville.
