Mitchell passed away suddenly at the Sault Area Hospital on June 2, 2025, at the age of 39.

He is survived by his devoted wife Jasmine Rose Clark, and was the loving and proud father of Raige Forster, Dayne Sim, Scarlett Clark, Reece Sim, and Sophie Sim. Beloved son of Amanda Manzutti and Albert Sim. Predeceased by his brother Todd Manzutti (Hailey), and remembered by his stepsister Jennifer Chevrier (Raymond) and stepbrother Jason Belanger (Tabetha). Also remembered by brother-in-law Dean Clark (Brianna), and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.

Mitchell’s life was full of joy, humour, and love. A proud member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, he enjoyed playing darts, watching wrestling with his kids, and cheering for the Toronto Maple Leafs—even when they let him down. Known for his bold personality and tender heart, Mitchell left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Visitation will be held at O’Sullivan Funeral Home on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A casual gathering will follow at 5 Newcastle Drive from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A further celebration of life will be held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles (246 Wellington St W) on Sunday, June 8, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Guests are encouraged to bring a photo or memory to share at the Eagles gathering. Flowers or food donations are welcomed. Memorial donations may also be made to a charity of choice.

Special thanks to Pastor Uren and to the first responders and ICU staff for their care and efforts. Mitchell will be forever remembered for his humor, warmth, and the deep love he gave to his family and friends.
