SIMPSON, Mark Jeffrey Simpson

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Mark Jeffrey Simpson, at home on Tuesday April 14, 2026, at the age of 63. Beloved father of one, Mark is survived by his Daughter Rachel, Son-in-law James and Grandson Richard, his loving Mother, Rita Simpson and was the dear Brother of Nancy Colpitts, Peter, Richard (Diane), David (Shelley) and Brian (Jim).

Predeceased by his Grandson Arthur Bartlett and his Father Leslie Simpson, his memory will be cherished by his niece, many nephews and friends.

Resting at the Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Road, Whitby, there will be a viewing on Friday April 17 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The service will be held in the Barnes Chapel and is scheduled for 1:00 pm on Monday April 20. Directly after the service, there will be an interment at Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens, Garden of the Whispering Pines, East side of Church Street, just south of Taunton Road in Ajax.
