SIMPSON, Rebecca Gail Simpson (Monson)

No matter where she went or who she met, the consensus was always the same: Rebecca was the nicest. But she was so much more. She brought warmth to every room, joy to her friends, compassion to those in need, and a beautiful smile that never faded.

Rebecca devoted her life to her family, her greatest happiness. She lived to bring light to others—and she truly did. She passed away peacefully at home on June 11, 2025.

Rebecca was the devoted daughter of the late Danny and Edie Monson (z”l) and loving daughter-in-law to Leonard and Micki Simpson and Helen Simpson (z”l). She was the beloved wife of Alan and adored mother of Hannah (Eliot), Raquel, Eli (z”l), and Jared.

She was a loving sister to Marc, Michael (z”l), Devorah (Rabbi Asher Vale), and Joel (Rochelle), and a wonderful sister-in-law to Fern (Steven Sofer) and Brenda (Len Goodman). Rebecca was also a cherished aunt, treasured cousin, and devoted friend to many.
