SKINNER, Donna May Victoria Skinner

Passed away peacefully at home on March 31st, surrounded by the love of her family. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her warm heart, strong spirit, and the joy she brought to everyone who knew her.

Donna May Victoria Skinner will be greatly missed by her loving daughter, Lou-Anne Pottruff (David Pottruff), her cherished granddaughters Lana and Tory (Cheryl), and her beloved great-grandchildren Taliyah, Gemma, Taylor, and Courtney (Josh). She will also be missed by her sister Linda and those who have passed before her. She was a proud wife/partner, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and her family was the center of her world.

Among the many memories we will hold close are Donna’s love of horses, her nights out dancing, and her afternoon trips to the casino. She was always proud of her long nails and was known for her incredible ability to talk to anyone. Donna never met a stranger—only friends she hadn’t met yet. Her warmth, humor, and genuine kindness touched everyone who knew her.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the Bayshore support team, her palliative care team and Dr. Carol Gideon, for their compassion, care, and support during her most needed times.

Donna’s memory will live on in the stories, laughter, and love she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
