God called Erlinda Sparkes home to the Lord on June 14, 2025, at Margaret Bahen Hospice, surrounded by her loving family, just shy of her 64th birthday.
Beloved wife of 35 years to Glen. Loving mother of Edlynn (Rickey), Justine (Nicholas), and Jo (Xiang, partner). Proud Lola of Zachary. Dear sister to 9 siblings.

Erlinda will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts of her extended family and friends. She will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Road East, Thornhill, Ontario.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of St. Joseph at the same location. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Section 41.
A reception will be held afterward at the funeral home.
