Freda was predeceased by her beloved husband, Don, who passed away in 1989. She carried his memory with grace throughout the many years that followed, finding strength in the love they shared.

She leaves behind her devoted daughter Julie and son‑in‑law Victor Liu, who were steadfast in their care and affection. Freda was deeply proud of her grandchildren and great‑grandchildren, each of whom brought joy and meaning to her life.

She is lovingly remembered by her granddaughter Samantha Liu, Samantha’s husband LeVar Thompson, and their children Malcolm and Nena. She is also lovingly remembered by her grandson Kyle Liu, his wife Melissa, and their children Brody and Noah. Freda cherished every moment with her family, celebrating their milestones and surrounding them with unwavering love.

Her legacy lives on in the generations she nurtured, the values she instilled, and the warmth she shared so freely. Freda will be remembered for her gentle wisdom, her quiet strength, and the deep affection she held for those closest to her.
