It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shelly, who passed away peacefully at Burnaby General Hospital on October 10, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Shelly was a wife, mother, and grandmother whose humour and kindness touched everyone she met. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Brian Spence, and her father, Garry McConville.
Shelly will be forever loved and deeply missed by her sons Justin and Dallas McConville, her 4 cherished grandchildren, Brooklyn, Ryan, Jacob, Nicolas, sisters Laurie, Julie and Tracey, and her mother Jean McConville.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM at First Memorial Funeral Services, 1505 Lillooet Road, North Vancouver.
