SPIRITO, Sharon Anne Spirito

Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 20, 2026 at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington. Beloved wife to Gord for 50 years. Loving mother to Tony (Jules) and Amy. Adoring Nana to Ella and Poppy. Big sister to Wendy (Zan), Cindy, and Brian.

Sharon Anne Spirito will be remembered for her boundless love of her family, who meant everything to her. She was devoted to caring for those she loved, especially her husband, even in her final days. A lifelong reader, she found joy in books, as well as in gardening and nurturing her plants. She preferred quiet moments over television, often spent with those she loved, a good book, and a glass of wine.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown from 2 p.m. up until the time of the service beginning at 3 p.m.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
