STEINMAN, Wallace – Passed away peacefully on Monday, December 16, 2024, at peopleCare, Tavistock. Wallace Steinman of Tavistock was in his 100th year. Beloved husband of the late Elda (Ruby) Steinman, who predeceased him on August 28, 2008.
Loving father of Eileen Krampien of Tavistock. Dear grandfather of Julie (Frederick) of Cambridge and Dale (Jenn) of Tavistock, and cherished great-grandfather of Bryce, Rachel, Colin, and Hunter. Survived by his sister-in-law Ruth Steinman of Clinton.
Predeceased by his parents, Daniel & Catherine (Erb) Steinman; his brothers Mahlon (Emma), Alvin (Ada), Laverne, Olin (Vernetta), and Orval (Patricia); and his sisters Loretta (Elroy Lichti) and Violet (Robert McCormick).
Relatives and friends will be received at the East Zorra Mennonite Church, 16th Line, on Thursday, January 2, 2025, from 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in the church cemetery, with a reception afterward in the church basement.
