STEWART, John Edward Stewart

He was the son of the late Barbara and Gordon Stewart, and a brother to the late David Stewart and his wife Anneliese, and to the late Gary Stewart and his wife Wendie. John was a devoted uncle to his nieces and nephews Craig, Andrea, Jenny, Jason, and Laura, each of whom held a special place in his heart.

John will be remembered for his thoughtfulness and genuine care for others. He had a deep love for staying connected and was known for sending letters to family members showing he was thinking about them. He also spent many years working at Goodwill, where his reliability, and quiet dedication were greatly valued.

The family extends their sincere gratitude to the staff at Glen Hill Strathaven for the exceptional care and kindness shown to John.

Visitation at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N Whitby on Tuesday January 6th from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. John will be laid to rest at Pine Hills Cemetery Toronto.
