Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, in the early morning hours of Friday October 16, 2026 in her 66th year. Susan Buske of Pembroke, loved daughter of the late Eric and Arpa (nee Zadow) Buske. Susan is survived by blessed cousin Karen Vescio (“Special sister”), many cousins, extended family and many friends. She is predeceased by her loved four legged companions McGee and Pepper.
Friends and relatives are invited to share their memories of Susan on at the Murphy Funeral Home, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Wednesday October 21st 2-4 and 7 -9 pm. A service to celebrate Susan’s Life and Faith will be held on Thursday October 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at St. Timothy’s Lutheran Church, 503 Alfred Street, Pembroke. Interment St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery. In memory of Susan, donations to St. Timothy’s Church, Canadian Lutheran World Relief Fund or the Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.
