SZCZEPANIAK, Christopher Wladyslaw Szczepaniak

Peacefully, on Sunday, May 31, 2026 at his home in Scarborough, at the age of 65. Loved father of Miranda and Steve. Dear brother to Rick (Claire), Ed, Yvonne (James), Wanda (Richard) and Angela (Jamie). Cherished uncle to Danika, Lucas, Keegan, Connor, Hailey and Hendrix. Predeceased by his father Zenon. Chris was born on May 10, 1961 in Georgetown to Zenon and Wendy.

Chris was a man with a big heart that was devoted most to his family. He was an avid outdoorsman that spent countless hours on the lake and in the woods when he wasn’t cruising around in his unmistakable 1979 metallic green Camaro Z28. Chris was an animal lover, shown primarily through his predeceased pets Ted, Felix and Taffy.

The family of Christopher Szczepaniak will receive friends at the Woodville United Church on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 from 10 – 11 a.m.  A Service to celebrate his life will be held at 11 a.m.  If desired, donations may be made to the Kawartha Lakes Humane Society. Memories, photos and condolences may be shared at www.thornefuneralhome.ca
