Born in Orillia on April 23rd, 1961. Predeceased by his mother Audrey Marilyn Shirk (Black). Loved by his wife Teresa “Terri” (Nee: Babich) for 40 years. Proud and loving father of Terry “TJ” (Carman) and Andrew (Tara). Terry was a very proud and loving grandfather to Georgia.
Sadly missed by his siblingsRosalie(Neil) Mahaffy, John (Crystal) Shirk, the late Angela (Brian) McQuaid and Neil (Karolyn) McAllister, brother-in-law Chuck Babich and mother-in-law Darlene Babich.
Terry James Shirk will be missed by his special Aunt Jacqueline Black along with his many nieces, nephews and many other family members.
Terry’s favourite pastime was spending time with his adoring family, making memories; he especially loved the outdoors.
The family greatly appreciates the excellent care provided by the staff at Northumberland Hills hospital and Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
Terry’s final wishes were to have no service, however in lieu of a service or flowers, please make a donation to Northumberland Hill Hospital Cobourg, Lakeridge Health Hospital Oshawa or Charity or donation of your choice.
