THOMAS, Dora Louise Thomas

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, Dora Louise Thomas, a resident of Eden, at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, May 7th, at the age of 92. Dora was born in Eden, daughter to the late Bruce Kennedy and the late former Atta Maude Lester. In her working years, Dora was employed with Spruce Falls Power and Repair in Kapuskasing, while living in the Englehart Area. After relocating to Eden, Dora worked as a secretary for a chartered accounting firm. Dora was predeceased by her husband Ray Lary Thomas (2003). Dearly missed by her daughter Cherie Mahoney (Cory Munro), of Eden and their daughter Charlette Munro. Lovingly remembered by her son Les Thomas, of Calgary, Alberta; niece Sally Tulloch (David Tulloch), of Cambridge; sister-in-law Donna Kennedy, of Tillsonburg. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her siblings Henry and Velma Kennedy, Martha, Lila May and Gordon, Charles Kennedy, Jennie and David Falkins, and Patrick Kennedy.

In keeping with Dora’s expressed wishes, cremation has taken place. Interment will be held later in Englehart Cemetery.
