It is with saddened hearts that the family announces the passing of Kelly Marie Thompson on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Bluewater Health, at the age of 47.
Kelly was a witty, compassionate, and loving soul with an infectious laugh and a deep love for her children, Ayden and Logan, and her precious granddaughter Bryden-Leigh. She lived a life full of adventure, making cherished memories and leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Kelly loved traveling, and her favorite evenings were spent by a bonfire at her trailer with her family, friends, and the love of her life, Andy. A dedicated PSW for over 20 years, Kelly gave her all to every resident in her care with love and compassion.
She is predeceased by her husband Dave and father Marvin Thompson. She will be lovingly remembered by her mother Debbie Thompson, partner Andy Fraser, her “seester” and best friend Carrie Hardy (Pat), her nieces and nephews Shea-Lynn, Luke, MacKenna, Liam, and granddaughter’s mother Arielle. She will be deeply missed by many extended family members, coworkers at Twin Lakes Terrace and Lambton Meadowview Villa, and her dogs Piper and Millie.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia.
