She was loved and cherished by many people including: children: Ronda (Tom Lobsinger), David Sparks (Sarah), Lisa (Geoff Temple), and Cathy (Rene Pulles); sisters: Sheridann (Bill Kristofferson) and Brenda Lipp; late husband: Edward Panagapka; late sons: Robert and Daniel; late brothers: Bill and Holly Carr-Hilton; six grandsons and their spouses, one granddaughter, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home (171 King St S, Waterloo, ON N2J1P7). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers and in honour of Tonnea, donations to Hospice Waterloo Region or Dying with Dignity would be deeply appreciated.
