TURSE, Joseph James De Turse

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph James De Turse on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, at the age of 71.

Predeceased by his parents, Dominica (Minnie) Pecorari and Carmen De Turse, as well as his sister Marie Parise and his brother, Francis De Turse. He is survived by his sister-in-law Elise. He will also be remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

Joseph James De Turse was a big personality and always enjoyed making the most of his life. He was outgoing and social and never afraid to be himself.

Friends will be received at Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W.,(between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th St.) Friday, May 1st, from 2 to 4 p.m. A Memorial Service will begin in the chapel at 4 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
