With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Charles Okon Ulo, who peacefully went to be with the Lord on July 19, 2026.

Charles was a beloved son, a devoted brother, a loving husband, a proud and caring father, and a cherished friend. He lived a life marked by kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family and those around him. His warm smile, gentle spirit, and infectious laughter brought comfort, joy, and light to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we are deeply grateful to God for the gift of Charles’ life and the precious memories he leaves behind. His legacy of love, faith, and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Charles will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.

Friends will be welcomed at the Dwayne D. Budgell Funeral Home, 1105 Rest Acres Rd., Paris, ON, on, Saturday August 22, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Paris Cemetery. In Charles’ memory, donations to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation (https://www.cholangiocarcinoma.org), the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
