VERREAULT, Therese Verreault

The family announces with great sorrow the passing of Therese Verreault at the Timmins and District Hospital – St. Mary’s site on Friday, April 3, 2026 at the age of 89 years. Mother of Jacqueline Rose Plourd (Michael Longpre) of Huntsville and Denise Rodrigue (Jean-Paul) of Elk Lake. She will be missed by the loves of her life “ses trésors” Angele Plourde and Daniel Plourde. She is survived by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by her dear friends; June Garlock and Georgette Bois.

Therese is the last of her siblings to be rejoining her family in Heaven. She is predeceased by her parents; Edmond & Rose Marie Verreault, brothers; Moise, Valmont, Joseph, Fernand (Stella), Edmond Jr., Jean-Guy (Shirley), Leonce and her sisters Micheline Marin-St. Pierre (Real Marin & Gustave St. Pierre), Fernande Boucher (Anthony) and Colette. Her life was hard lived but she did it to the fullest as she did with Bingo. The family would like to thank the Timmins and District Hospital, Stroke and Rehab ward and the St. Mary’s site – ACL Unit. In Thérèse’s memory, remembrance donations to the TADH St. Mary’s site ACL Unit would be greatly appreciated.
