Surrounded by the love of her family, Judy Walker passed away peacefully on August 8th, 2025 after a courageous six year battle with cancer.

Beloved wife to Bradley Walker, Judy was the proud and devoted mother of Breanne (Josh) & Brittany (Chase), and the most loving “Emma” to her four greatest joys: Porter, Bodie, Tallan, and Bridget.
Adored daughter of Barbara and the late Wayne Madole, sister to Brian (Judy), cherished sister-in-law to Pamela (John), Kirk (Marie), Lisa (Cliff), beloved aunt to her many nieces & nephews and a dear friend to many. Her warmth, strength, and unwavering love will be remembered by all who knew her.

Judy found her greatest happiness in the simple, beautiful moments—hosting family dinners on Sunday, the sparkle of the lake, and the laughter of her grandchildren. She loved nothing more than relaxing on the dock with a Caesar in hand, sharing appetizers and stories with those she loved most. Her love of the lake & the serenity of life on McRae Beach were a constant through the seasons of her life.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the many compassionate nurses and PSWs who cared for Judy and to her incredible oncology, palliative & hospice team, especially Dr. Luk & Karen, for their care and kindness throughout her journey. A very special thank you to her best friend, MaryAnn, whose selfless care, love and support meant the world to us. Deep appreciation also goes to the many generous and caring friends who supported Judy and her family through this difficult time with kindness, meals, visits, and constant love.

Friends & family are invited to celebrate Judy’s life at Knox United Church in Sutton, ON on August 23rd, 2025 from 11am to 3pm. We look forward to gathering with family and friends to honour her beautiful memory.

Judy’s spirit, kindness, strength, and love will live on in all of us. She leaves behind a legacy of grace, resilience, and deep devotion to her family.
