WALSH, Robert Wayne Walsh

It is with sad hearts we announce the passing of a dear brother, son and friend Robert on March 22, 2026 at 63 years of age. Reunited with his mother Elizabeth and his father Robert. Beloved brother to Celeste Pane. Loyal friend to many near and far due to his communication by CB and HAM radio around the world.

Robert Wayne Walsh  was a kind and gentle man whose compassion for animals (especially his 5 stray / adopted cats) was huge.  He loved working with his hands. His ability to watch a Youtube video and then implement what he had learned was remarkable. He could take apart anything, repair and reassemble to perfection. He had a love for model planes, trains and automobiles which he shared with his father when growing up. Robert was helpful to all and enjoyed sharing his knowledge and talents with friends and family. His adventurous spirit will live on and he will forever be remembered and sadly missed by all those whose lives he has touched, especially by his sister Celeste.

Visitation will take place at the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – South Chapel (3048 Dougall Ave., Windsor, 519-253-7236) from 6-9pm on Tuesday March 31, 2026 with a tribute and prayer service to be held at 8:00pm. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday April 1, at 12:00 noon in the chapel. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.  Donations to the Windsor Essex County Humane Society would be appreciated.
