WATSON, James “Jungle Jim” Watson

Peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday May 8th 2026, at the age of 71.
Beloved father of William (the late Nicole), Annie (Lester), and Gerran. Loving Brother of Anna (Wayne). Predeceased by his parents Arnold and Nevie. Jungle Jim will be lovingly remembered by Gwen, and Joanne, his extended family, friends and those that knew him.
Jungle Jim will be remembered as a lifelong truck driver, farmer, and motorsports enthusiast. His one-of-a-kind personality will be remembered fondly.

A special thank you to the staff of Craigwiel Gardens, Strathroy VON, and Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital for their care and compassion during the past number of years.
Visitation will be held at Denning Funeral Home 32 Metcalfe Street in Strathroy on Friday May 15th from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday May 16th at 11:00am. Reception to follow. Interment will be held following at West Adelaide cemetery.
