Wayne Raymond Barre

Left us on August 11th to “Go Down to the Sea”

Wayne was in the loving arms of his wife Patricia ,daughters Tammy and Lynn.

He was blessed with three grandchildren Patricia, Krystal and Patrick.

Five great grandchildren Nicholas, Monika, Owen, Emma and Kelsey.

Wayne Raymond Barre was the son of Serena and Raymond Barre of Ochre River Manitoba.

Brother to Brenda Barre, Elaine Michaluk, Lorena Ross and the late Ramona Grey and Donna Brown.

Wayne lived a full life filled with love,laughter and adventure.

He will be remembered for his bright mind, his wonderful smile and his determination to live life on his own terms.

Wayne touched many hearts and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the team of Palliative Doctors at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.

We are forever grateful for the amazing nurses and PSW’s who cared for Wayne with such kindness, compassion and love. Our family was truly blessed to have such an extraordinary and caring team surround him during his final journey home.

Wayne requested a celebration by the water.

We shall celebrate a life well lived..
