Lenora (Norrie) Wells, (nee White), born in Markham Township on June 30, 1929, passed away at Markham-Stouffville Hospital on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at the age of 96.
Predeceased by her husband Allin. Mother of Steven (Janet) and Thomas (Cindy). Grandmother of Brian (Lei), David (Kayhla), and Kathleen. Great-grandmother of Cameron, Elaina, and Bennett.
Predeceased by her sister Velma (Arthur), brother Bruce (Olive), and parents Dennis and Myrtle (nee Dennie). Survived by her sister Joyce (Grant).
Norrie worked for several years as an RNA (RPN). Thanks to the home care workers from RNS Health Care Services. Special thanks to the staff at Markham-Stouffville Hospital.
Cremation has taken place. A private family service and interment at Stouffville Cemetery will be held at a future date. Arrangements entrusted to Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, Markham, Ontario.
