Passed away, peacefully surrounded by her loving family, and dear friends, on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the Elgin General Hospital in St. Thomas.
Loving mother to Alyssa Viscount, and Taylor Gerrits. Adored, grandmother of Keanen, , Payton, Bentley, Izaiah, and Kamilla. She will be missed by her sister, Rhonda Cowe(Al predecessed), brothers Don McCord, (Colinda.), and Ken Neathway. Loved beyond measure by her Papa Dave Neathway, and his partner Lorraine. Shelly will be lovingly remembered, and sadly missed by her soul sisters Lila Wilkins, and Shannon Leroux. Predeceased by her beloved mother Ruth Neathway, father Ross Neathway, and brothers Rick,Trevor, David, and Martin. Cherished partner to John Pierce, and fondly remembered by his mother Liz.
Rochelle Whiting was a cheerleader like no other — always lifting others, even while carrying her own challenges. That was her gift… and her legacy. A lifetime of impact that will continue to ripple through all of us. Her memory is, and always will be, a blessing.
