Wilma Mary Taylor of Sarnia, Ontario, died on October 10, 2026, at the age of 71, surrounded by her family. A faithful member of Peoples Church, Wilma devoted her working life to caring for nursing-home residents and was known for the warmth and dignity she brought to that work.
She is remembered by her daughters Jennifer Taylor Weeks and Rebecca Davies, five grandchildren, her siblings, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Antonia VanSchyndel, and by Trevor Taylor. Cremation has taken place, and a private service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Bluewater Health Palliative Care Unit.
